We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beautiful house in Appenzell, Switzerland. From the moment we booked, the property owner, Irene, was in constant communication, guiding us on everything we could enjoy during our stay. She thoughtfully arranged the Appenzell Card for us, which provided free access to most of the attractions in and around Appenzell , something that saved us a lot of money and added immense value to our trip. Since we were traveling as three families with kids, Irene went above and beyond to ensure every single detail was taken care of. What touched us the most was that she personally traveled all the way from Zurich to Appenzell just to meet us, warmly welcome us, and share the wonderful history of her grandfather’s property, which she so lovingly maintains. The house itself is charming, cozy, and filled with character. It had all the facilities we could ask for, making our eight-day stay feel like a true home away from home. We enjoyed every moment there and honestly never felt like leaving. For anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped house in the heart of nature, Appenzell and this property are an unbeatable choice. The experience will leave you with memories that last a lifetime.
